Meet the Everwell Chef Collective

The Everwell House Kitchen brings together chefs with distinct backgrounds, creative perspectives, and a shared love of feeding people well.

Founded and led by Executive Chef Melissa Manley, our collective creates personal dining experiences rooted in seasonal ingredients, thoughtful hospitality, and the joy of gathering around a table.

Melissa Manley

Melissa founded The Everwell House Kitchen with a love of bringing people together through food.

Shaped by her mother’s comforting Southern cooking and her father’s experience as a trained chef, her approach blends warmth, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful presentation. Her background in science and biotech informs her attention to detail and interest in nourishment.

Today, she leads Everwell and its growing chef collective, creating personal dining experiences that help guests feel welcomed, cared for, and connected around the table.
